About Amy

I am a seasoned real estate professional with over 14 years of experience as a licensed Realtor in Kentucky. In 2019, I earned my real estate broker’s license, further strengthening my expertise in both residential and commercial real estate.

Throughout my career, I have earned multiple industry certifications, including Relocation Specialist, Residential Construction Certified Realtor, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified New Home Specialist. My deep understanding of new construction comes from more than eight years of experience working alongside some of Kentucky’s largest home builders.

Leadership has always been important to me. In 2015, I was honored to be selected for the inaugural class of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors (GLAR) Leadership Institute — a program designed to prepare real estate professionals for leadership roles within the industry and the community. I have also served on several key GLAR committees, including Government Affairs, Candidate Selection, Professional Standards, and MLS Standards.

In 2023, I stepped into the role of Principal Broker at 1 Percent Lists Purple Door, where I now lead a growing team of agents across Louisville and Lexington. In 2025, my individual sales volume exceeded $7.5 million, and I managed total company production of $43 million. Today, I proudly serve clients across the entire state of Kentucky.

Beyond real estate, I enjoy artistic painting, crafting, gardening, boating, and spending quality time with my family and friends. My commitment to professionalism, leadership, and exceptional client service continues to drive everything I do in Kentucky’s dynamic real estate market.
